Welcome to PLEY! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PLEY mobile application (“App”) and its related services provided by PLEY Inc. (“PLEY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Account Registration

• To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

2. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulations.
• You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair the functionality of the App or interfere with other users’ access to the App.

3. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by PLEY.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content, and you agree not to submit any content that infringes on the rights of others or violates these Terms.

5. Privacy:

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your account and any associated data may be deleted, and you will no longer have access to the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
